Spirit of Youth was a hardcore band formed in Roeselare, Belgium in 1990. They split up in 2002. They brought out 2 albums, «Colors That Bleed» and «Source». They also recorded a split with One King Down. They constantly switched with playing in Spirit of Youth and Solid, that was the other band of the Denolf brothers (Dompi & Fre). After Spirit of Youth & Solid, Dompi & Fre begun their new band called Blood Redemption.
